Friendly staff. Climbing section, gym, sauna and pool. Spacious changing rooms, warm showers. Unfortunately shut down Restaurant and bouldering section. Climbing section improved over years, lighting could be improved and the occasionally unpleasant encounter with one member of staff in the climbing area (although not seen recently)

People are very nice and helpful. Everything is well equipped, explained and shown on the first visit. Great selection of courses, equipment and other sports training. You can also make a contract with or without swimming & sauna.

Best gym I've ever been to. Friendly and competent staff, very large, lots of selection and everything was very well maintained. I've been to a few studios but this was by far the best. I'm glad to be here again.

Large offering, including courses. Very well equipped. A little more expensive than average. But the price is justified.

If you are looking for a good fitness studio, then BeFo is the right place for you. The team is great, it's always clean everywhere, the courses are fun, the equipment is great and you have more than enough choice of training options! You just feel comfortable!
